Abstract

Job opportunity prediction is a report that contains how employment is in a company where this opportunity will be an opportunity for job seekers to get a job. This research aims to design an effective and efficient application to report the results of a job opportunity that will be available in the coming year. The benefits that can be obtained from making a job opportunity prediction application at the Makassar City Manpower Office are to provide convenience to the workforce to know the conditions of employment opportunities that will be open to a company in the future. The method used for the application of job opportunity prediction in this study is the least square regression method. The result of this study is an application for predicting employment opportunities to help and facilitate the workforce in knowing the conditions of future employment through a computerized system.
